Dessert wine obtained from grapes slightly dried on the vine, it goes well with all pastries, particularly soft and creamy desserts such as cannoli and Sicilian cassata.

Breeding: Marsala sapling or counter-espalier, in dry conditions
Color: Golden, deep
Perfume: Aromatic, full and persistent
Taste: Sweet, warm
Features: Can be stored for several years. Even open,
maintains its organoleptic characteristics over time thanks to
its alcohol content.
